Job Overview
Lead and drive the technical aspects of high complexity projects and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
Job Requirements
* Define technical strategy for high-impact projects (innovation, global platforms…)
* Lead and drive the technical team in tandem with the Project Manager
* Manage interfaces between customers and project teams
* Oversee multiple projects or a technical portfolio
* Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements
* Participate in strategic decisions with EMIA management (M&S, PM, PjM, PE,…)
* Represent the company to customers and partners on technical topics
* Acting as a Technical reference and mentor for Junior Technical Project Leaders
What your background should look like
* Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar) with proven experience in product design and development
* Typically, 8+ years extensive experience in (technical) complex product development within the automotive sector
* Expertise in complex system design in automotive sector
* Strong leadership and intercultural communication skills
* Strategic vision and ability to manage global projects
