Our client is strengthening a DevOps team responsible for Windows, Unix, and Azure environments. The position involves operations management, automation, and security for critical applications. Responsibilities Administer and enhance Apache Kafka: RBAC, architecture, topic/ACL governance, application integration, and mentoring team members. Manage Tomcat/Apache and optimise configurations. Full SSL certificate management (Csr, certificate chains, renewals). Automate processes using Ansible and apply GIT best practices. Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem), maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication. Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in on?call duties. Qualifications and skills Apache Kafka: RBAC, architecture, integration, mentoring. Tomcat / Apache: Configuration and optimisation. SSL Management: Certificates, Csr, renewals. Ansible: Automation and CI/CD. GIT: Basic Version Control. ITIL: Incident, Change, Problem processes. Nice-to-Have: IBM WebSphere (WAS), Red Hat JBoss EAP, IIS, VTOM, Nexus, IFS, experience with Red Hat on Power Systems.
