We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/HR Manager to cover a parental leave position for a period of 1.5 years.
Your Tasks
* As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for all aspects of applicant management and international recruiting
* This includes creating and posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling and conducting interviews (online or in person)
* You will be in constant communication with the relevant department and group managers, as well as the CEO
* You will also provide support in day-to-day operations (HR administration) and handle employee inquiries
* You will enjoy developing targeted recruiting strategies for our social media channels
Your Strengths
* Studies in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or a comparable training program
* Experience in recruitment and application processes, preferably including employer branding
* You have strong MS Office skills
* Ideally, you are familiar with Personio (HR software)
* You have excellent communication and organizational skills
* In addition to very good German language skills, strong English language skills are also important
