This role will play an essential part in the Talent Acquisition function by ensuring each of our candidates has a positive candidate interview and hiring experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our global Talent Acquisition team and internal clients to deliver a seamless candidate experience in support of our recruitment lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate records;

2. To provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous;

3. To develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, providing them with timely updates on the progress of their requisitions;

4. To collaborate with the Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and preferences, and to provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
