Versatile – Your Future Responsibilities
* You define, document, and implement an end-to-end testing and quality assurance strategy in line with the development methodology
* You will assess, plan, and manage testing activities, including resource allocation, and continuously report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders and management
* You will actively drive the further development of testing, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement sustainable quality measures to establish a strong quality culture
* You build and further develop test strategies and test assets (e.g., test reports, test cases/scripts, automation scripts, test data) and promote CI/CD-integrated testing practices
* You ensure comprehensive test coverage of all functional requirements within the system landscape
* You plan, manage, and execute non-functional tests (performance, security, reliability, accessibility, compatibility), utilizing security scanning tools in the process
* You ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices and actively support error analysis, root cause analysis, and the corresponding resolution processes
Impressive – Your Knowledge & Experience
* You have approximately 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing, including at least 2 years in a role as a Test Manager
* In addition, you have already gained proven experience in defining and implementing test strategies in both traditional and agile environments
* You have solid practical experience with modern test automation tools as well as comprehensive expertise in non-functional testing (particularly performance, accessibility, and compatibility testing), including the use of security scanning tools
* You also have experience in defect management, including prioritizing and managing bug fixes, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
* You work independently, are solution-oriented, and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex issues
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile
