Our international client is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead building services engineering (TGA) on major industrial and commercial construction projects across Germany.

The Role
As M&E Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for building services engineering on new build, conversion and renovation projects (HOAI phases 6–9)
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing project fundamentals with Project Management
- Technical and commercial review of subcontractor bids
- Awarding and coordinating subcontractor services
- Site supervision and interdisciplinary coordination
- Measurements, inspections, acceptance, quality and quantity control
- Scheduling and budget compliance
- Invoice verification
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Final building inspection participation
- Full project documentation in line with our clients guidelines
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with:
- Completed training in HVAC (Technician/Master Craftsman) or a degree in Building Services Engineering
- 3–5+ years’ experience as an M&E / TGA Site Manager
- Experience in large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of VOB regulations
- Experience in resource planning and construction implementation
- Commercial awareness and technical confidence
- German (C1 level) and English (minimum B1)
- Class B driving licence (mandatory)
You will demonstrate a structured, independent working style combined with strong communication skills and assertiveness.
