Your Tasks
1. Serve as the key driver for the execution of the HR transformation agenda in alignment with the overall global strategy, managing the execution of strategic initiatives and process enhancements, including the adoption of AI-driven and digital solutions within the organization
2. Lead the implementation of transformation projects, coordinating closely with international and local business teams and tracking progress to ensure delivery of key milestones
3. Foster strong collaboration across the matrix organization, ensuring consistent rollout and adoption of transformation initiatives, facilitating communication for involved stakeholders
4. Engage with key stakeholders (., Controlling, Systems, People, Talent & Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management) to drive process harmonization and standardization
5. Support the VP in preparing and presenting transformation progress and outcomes to senior leadership
Your Profile
6. University degree in Business Administration or a related field
7. Experience in transformation, process execution, or change management within an international environment
8. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
9. Strong background in digitalization, AI-driven and digital solutions
10. Fluent in English and German (business proficiency)
11. Proven ability to manage complex transformation projects and deliver results in a matrix organization
12. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
13. Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency
14. Agile, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
15. High degree of integrity, collaboration, and intercultural competence
16. Willingness to travel and work in an international context
