What will you do
As a CRM Manager, you play an important role in the implementation of our sales and marketing strategy in the Building Solutions & Technologies business area in the German market. You are a crucial link between the German sales and marketing teams and the European team.
How will you do it
* Lead and develop projects to enhance our CR
* Collaborate with marketing to refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
* Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce accounts, providing essential user support.
* Facilitate system changes, including upgrades and data migrations, through comprehensive testing.
* Work closely with sales teams to maximize the use of Salesforce data for revenue growth.
* Create training materials and deliver workshops to empower Salesforce users.
* Generate actionable reports and dashboards to inform management decisions.
* Ensure alignment of regional activities with enterprise initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness.
What we look for
Required
* Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience in a similar role as a responsible person in the field of CRM
* Administrator experience in Salesforce.com in a larger company
* Fluency in German and proficient in English.
* High degree of team spirit, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and curiosity
* Proficiency in using MS Office 365
* Ability to meet goals on time in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, always working with great accuracy
Preferred
* You have a relevant completed degree or comparable training
* Experience from a matrix organization
