Global Citrix Leader
The role requires a seasoned expert in managing and optimizing complex Citrix environments, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support to teams on escalated issues.
* Conduct thorough root-cause analysis of critical incidents and problems.
* Collaborate with vendors to obtain support, updates, and planning as needed.
* Own designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms.
* Ensure all internal documentation is current and shared centrally with the team.
* Evaluate the Citrix environment and plan for future capacity and technology changes.
* Partner with stakeholders to create Citrix solutions meeting business needs.
* Develop documents defining SLAs, SOW, and other business requirements.
Requirements:
* Must have extensive knowledge and 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments.
* Citrix Certified Professional – Not required, but helpful.
* Five years of experience working in an ITIL managed environment.
* Expertise in the entire Citrix product offering, including Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy products.
* Able to work collaboratively with customers, project managers, and engineers to develop customized infrastructure.
* Detailed knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and networking.
* Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and senior leadership interaction.
