Imagine stepping into a role where you collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Ideation Managers, and Sales colleagues to drive the future of wind energy. As a Student Worker in our Strategic Portfolio Management team, you’ll be at the heart of our aftermarket service product development, exploring market demand and ideation. Your day will be filled with analyzing Power BI dashboards, reporting portfolio performance, and crafting global communication messages. You’ll lead global calls and refine portfolio lifecycle management processes, all while contributing to a sustainable future. Dive into a dynamic environment where your insights shape decision-making and your skills grow alongside industry leaders
How You’ll Make an Impact
6. Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI for driving improvements
7. Organization of regional calls for gathering market demand insights and presentation of findings in global meetings
8. Preparation and dissemination of monthly portfolio updates as well as maintenance of SharePoint and Power BI dashboards
9. Support of strategic business initiatives and transformation of the wind business through innovative projects
10. Collaboration in ideation workshops and monitoring of Business Value Cases together with the Portfolio Manager
What You Bring
11. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
12. Good knowledge in MS Office; basic knowledge in Power BI beneficial.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills
14. Strong business acumen and a passion for understanding business issues.
15. Interest in the wind energy industry
16. Proficiency in English.
