Job Description As the Innovation Center Architect, you will design and deliver strategic customer engagement experiences that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored briefings, demonstrations, and innovation showcases that highlight the company’s vision and solutions. Your role will ensure seamless operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth through impactful executive interactions. Lead the strategy, development, and execution of a state-of-the-art Innovation Center, establishing it as a key driver for customer engagement and industry leadership. Design and curate immersive experiences tailored for the Automotive and Manufacturing industries, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation solutions. Develop and implement a structured feedback mechanism to continuously refine the center’s offerings and maximize impact on business outcomes. Actively promote the Innovation Center on social media and industry platforms, increasing visibility and thought leadership in Manufacturing and Automotive ecosystems. Leverage major industry fairs and conferences (e.g., Hannover Messe, IAA Mobility, CES, etc.) where the company is present to stay ahead of trends and ensure the center remains an innovation hub. Establish strong connections with other innovation center leads (e.g., Deloitte) to drive synergies, share best practices, and optimize resources. Conduct competitive analysis on key industry players (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring the center remains at the forefront of innovation and differentiation in Automotive and Manufacturing. Drive executive engagement, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the Innovation Center’s vision with corporate strategy and customer expectations .
