Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dedicated healthcare team in Germany. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and postoperative procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive physical assessments to determine patient needs and functional limitations.
* Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient goals.
* Deliver effective treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and postoperative conditions.
* Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
* Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies.
* Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of all patient interactions and treatment records.
* Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice always.
Requirements
* Anabin H+ qualification (mandatory).
* Full professional recognition as a Physiotherapist (must be valid and verifiable).
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
* Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation programs, and clinical equipment.
* Proficiency in German language – B2 level or higher.
* Valid Driver’s License for mobility as required.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
* Solid understanding of physical rehabilitation principles and best practices.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment.
* Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
* High level of professionalism, empathy, and commitment to patient well-being.
