The purpose of the Technical Sales Engineer (m/w/x) role is to support sustainable business growth by combining technical expertise with consultative sales, enabling international customers from research and industry to find the right solutions while identifying new market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales success.
Technical advice and support for our international customers, from research and industry, with a focus on pre-sale enquiries
Manage the sales pipeline within CRM, from qualification to close
When required, visit customers alongside the outside sales team to provide technical expertise
First-hand experience with either optical setups, laboratory environments or photonics equipment
Fluent in English and German
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
