Your mission Expression of recombinant proteins in bacterial and yeast cell cultures Initial experience in small-scale screening or fermentation of bacterial or yeast cell cultures Purification of plasmid DNA from E. coli Performing standard analyses of proteins using a wide variety of biochemical and biophysical methods Careful documentation of your work steps in accordance with our internal regulations and our customers' specifications Collaboration on multidisciplinary and challenging research projects in industrial drug development Your profile Successfully completed training as a CTA/MTA/BTA and/or chemistry/biology laboratory assistant or successful degree in the field of life sciences (no doctorate) Practical experience in the field of bacterial or yeast cell culture Data maintenance and evaluation using LIMS software Good MS Office skills as well as English and German language skills Independent, service-oriented approach to work combined with great care and organizational skills High motivation, curiosity, and enjoyment of innovative and challenging tasks Great care and organizational skills when working on projects in the laboratory Independent approach to work, ability to work in a team, willingness to communicate, and interest in new methods Why us?
