A global manufacturing business is hiring an
Environment, Health & Safety Manager (EHS)
to lead EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards. The role focuses on maintaining and developing
ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
management systems while strengthening a proactive safety culture across the site in Bavaria.
Key responsibilities: Own EHS management systems:
Develop, implement and maintain ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 processes, documentation, and continuous improvement actions. Drive compliance & prevention:
Lead risk assessments, training, and ensure legal/internal compliance across all EHS topics. Incident & audit management:
Investigate incidents/near misses, implement preventive measures, and support audits in close collaboration with Quality/Operations.
What we’re looking for: Relevant technical training or degree
in safety, environment, health management (or similar). Certificate for Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (or NEBOSH) 3+ years’ EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing/industrial setting. Strong ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 exposure, including audit experience. Fluent German with good English, confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
