The Chief Customer role is responsible for leading a team focused on customer experience. This involves:
* Identifying customer needs and understanding their environment
* Defining best-in-class value propositions (products, services, customer journey)
* Orchestrating the co-creation of solutions with stakeholders
This role also includes overseeing another team that acts as the single point of contact for customers and distributors within our organization.
A successful candidate will have a higher education degree, 8+ years of experience in a similar or related position with management components, and solid experience in consulting and the insurance or financial sector.
They should demonstrate customer orientation, social, and environmental challenges at the forefront of their interests, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
