Additionally, support clinical study projects, serve as a scientific resource for sales, and participate in conferences and symposia.GebietDortmund, Münster, Bielefeld, Northeim, BraunschweigResponsibilitiesCommunicate and exchange scientific insights with Diabetes experts in clinics and practices, focusing on Tirzepatide.Prepare and disseminate current study data via virtual channels.Develop scientific materials for internal and external talks and professional events.Organise, moderate, and conduct scientific sessions.Provide feedback on therapeutic trends and developments to internal teams.Actively support clinical research projects with universities and study centres.Attend conferences and symposia.Serve as a scientific information contact for the sales team (e.g., sales training).QualificationsA medical or natural science university degree, preferably with a PhD.Experience building networks between customers and institutions (e.g., professional societies and associations) and field‑based work.Innovative thinking to develop and implement new approaches.High learning capability to absorb and communicate large volumes of scientific information.Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities and projects.Strategic and critical thinking to analyse information and identify relevant insights.Confident, competent presence with storytelling and presentation skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a variety of stakeholders inside and outside the company.High flexibility, travel readiness, strong customer orientation, reliability, and teamwork.Preferably prior industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison.Proficiency in German and English, and MS Office skills.EEO & Accessibility StatementLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
