Senior Business Manager Heart Failure/Disease Management (m/w/d)

Global Marketing CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) develops long-term strategies, ensures tactical planning, and prepares market launches for BIOTRONIK’s innovative products.
Your Responsibilities
1. You lead and drive complex projects in the area of Heart Failure/Disease Management – for example, the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan as well as the management and launch of new products and services
2. You are responsible for analyzing and identifying business opportunities, developing action plans, making decisions, and implementing them globally
3. You act as the interface to our sales organization and provide operational sales support
4. You represent the interests and needs of the sales organization within our headquarters
5. You track results, realign business strategies, and manage products throughout their lifecycle
6. You support and interact with key opinion leaders and coordinate company-wide collaboration
7. You work closely with multidisciplinary teams from R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical research, quality, and operations
Your Profile
8. Completed university degree in business, natural sciences, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable field
9. Several years of specialized professional experience in the B2B sector or in medical technology
10. Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in cardiology and/or heart failure
11. Proven high-level project management experience and preferably hands-on experience in sales or marketing
12. Proficient in MS Office and other standard application programs
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Solution-oriented working style, open-minded, inspiring, and outstanding interpersonal skills
15. You are looking for a challenging role in an international team and are willing to travel frequently to engage with customers and regional teams
16. Fluent English and German skills are an advantage
