Job Overview
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to excel in our international sales team.
We develop innovative robotic solutions to reduce agricultural activities' impact on the planet, using ultra-precise spraying technologies equipped with artificial intelligence. This enables farmers to drastically reduce chemical use.
The successful candidate will communicate with customers, visit them to obtain orders, lead and support our dealer network, train partners, propose improvements, resolve sales issues, and manage the order process.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in sales and/or agronomy, excellent knowledge of English and German, 3+ years of experience in sales or consulting, and agronomic knowledge related to weed control in field crops.
