Job Overview
The role of the Product Manager involves overseeing the portfolio of telecoms fixed voice and data products to ensure development efficiency, profitability, maximum sales, and minimum churn.
* Define and execute a strategic product roadmap
* Partner with technical leads to design services that are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best-practices
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to prioritize features, improvements, and service evolution
* Own the full product lifecycle: from requirements gathering and service definition to launch, iteration, and decommissioning.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to continuously improve offerings.
* Ensure services meet regulatory, security, and operational standards
* Lead initiatives to increase adoption and awareness across stakeholders and customer base
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product management in the telecoms industry
* Strong expertise of fixed-line technologies, broadband, VoIP, and network infrastructure
* Good understanding of emerging trends like IoT, 5G, cloud-based technologies
* Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts
* Proficient in utilizing productivity tools
* Excellent business acumen
* Excellent presentation skills and autonomy
* Fluent in English and French
