Science Manager (m/f/d)
The Medical Imaging Center - Light Microscopy (MIC-LM) employs a wide range of cutting-edge technologies for advanced imaging and image analysis. It is embedded in the Medical Faculty to support interdisciplinary projects focusing on cell biology, biomedical molecular biology, immunology, host-pathogen interactions, microbiology, neurobiology, and cancer research.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated Science Manager to join our international team in a dynamic and stimulating academic research environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research activities and to support the strategic development of collaborative scientific initiatives at the national and international level. As Science Manager, you will play a key role in the coordination, administration, and strategic development of our research activities. You will work closely with the MIC-LM head and researchers, supporting scientific projects from conception to implementation, including grant acquisition, consortium building, and project coordination. Remuneration will be based on qualifications and the salary structure of the TV-L (public service tariff scale). The initial contract is limited to two years.
