Your tasks
10. Support for stability projects from initial inquiry to completion
11. Review of stability protocols and related documents
12. Creation of stability projects in LIMS and maintenance of LIMS master data
13. Coordination and management of stability patterns (storage at the start of the study, removal at testing times, removal after the end of the study, handover or dispatch to stakeholders)
14. Providing stability samples to the laboratories at the specified testing times to ensure timely testing.
15. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards
16. Assistance with the maintenance of climate-controlled rooms (inventory, EHS, 5S, handling of incidents and deviations; in cooperation with R&D)
17. Stability data reports
18. GMP-compliant documentation of processes related to stability projects
19. Archiving of GMP documents and data within the area
20. Supporting the laboratory management in audit preparation, organization and participation.
21. Active participation in the ongoing optimization of workflows
22. Coordinators and managers should be informed of any special observations, deviations, or capacity bottlenecks.
Your profile
23. Completed training as a BTA, CTA, biology or chemistry laboratory technician or comparable training
24. Knowledge of relevant quality standards and experience in the GMP environment
25. Experience in handling stability studies or related fields is desirable.
