What you´ll doRegional responsibility: Oversee all aspects of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability in Operations).Point of contact: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Suppliers) on QHSE topics, with an end-to-end focus.Leadership: Lead and promote a culture of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), Quality (Q), and Sustainability in the region by identifying, managing, and mitigating related risks and opportunities, both internal and external.Training and development: Develop and train the organization on QHSE standards, procedures, and improvement programs to support excellence, deploy and measure effectiveness, owning the Regional IMS program, and following up on action closure.Safety culture and standards: Develop and implement the Safety culture model and HSE Standards, driving continuous improvement through audits, assessments, reporting, and consulting.Reporting: Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely reporting of incidents, actions, and follow-up, including trend analysis and root cause determination.Risk management: Manage and track risk mitigation efforts, identify critical HSE investments, seek approvals, and support implementation; ensure HSE standards at CMTG / 3PM / 3PL sites.Leadership involvement: Participate as a member of the Global QHSE Leadership Team and the Regional Supply Chain Leadership Team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
