To help support our future growth as an agency, we are excited to be recruiting for a German-speaking Coordinator, Talent Services (m/f/d) based in our Munich office. The Coordinator, Talent Services in Munich will be part of a team working across departments and international offices, supporting projects for luxury clients in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

This role is designed for a dynamic individual with approx. 2 years of experience who thrives in talent relations and partnership management, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

The Coordinator, Talent Services will play a central role in shaping and executing talent partnerships across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key areas of responsibility will include:


Client & Account Support

· Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of talent activations and partnerships

· Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting materials

· Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project trackers with guidance from senior team members

· Help maintain clear communication between clients, talent, agents, and internal teams

· Monitor campaign progress and flag any issues proactively


Talent Services & Partnerships

· Support the identification and research of relevant talents, influencers, and creators, ensuring strong alignment with client brand identity

· Assist in all aspects of talent collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and relationship management

· Build a strong network of talents, creators, agents, and industry stakeholders, particularly within the DACH market

· Help manage talent collaborations from briefing through to content delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment

· Coordinate product seeding, gifting initiatives, and campaign logistics

· Track content output and ensure deadlines and brand guidelines are met

· Maintain and update talent databases, contact lists, and campaign records

· Conduct reporting and support post-campaign analysis


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Communications and Account teams to support integrated campaign delivery

· Assist in aligning talent activities with broader PR and brand initiatives

· Stay up to date with social media, cultural, and industry trends to support talent recommendations

Key Attributes

· Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus

· Approx. 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer relations, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle

· Strong interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and the evolving creator landscape

· Strong knowledge of the content creator, influencer, talent and VIP scene in the DACH market

· Personal relationships to creators and talents

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

· Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and talent alignment

· Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented

· Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
