Responsibilities:
1. Plan and expand the European aftersales repair service network and sites;
2. Lead the service vendor management team, and manage the performance of outsourced service centers, and enhance the repair service experience;
3. Optimize the repair processes and drive the development and improvement of the repair service system;
4. Establish repair operational system, and enhance the capabilities of service centers through TAT, quality, and training mechanisms;
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience as an overseas service manager or outsourcing repair center management experience;
2. Familiarity with aftersales repair TAT management and quality control methods;
3. Previous experience in aftersales operations within the consumer electronics industry;
4. European aftersales management experience is preferred;
5. Proficiency in English, with strong business communication skills.
