销售主任 Sales Executive


Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

* Business Development: Actively promote and expand certification and testing services for instrumentation and measuring equipment, identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.积极开拓仪器仪表类及计量设备产品认证和测试服务市场,寻找新的商业机会,推动业务增长。
* Client Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.担任客户与内部团队之间的主要联络人,确保项目需求和交付成果的沟通顺畅及协调一致。
* Knowledge Advancement: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and trends. Participate in and contribute to training sessions, discussions, and conferences to enhance technical expertise and industry knowledge.跟进行业法规、标准及趋势。参与并为培训、讨论及会议做出贡献,以提升自身技术专长和行业知识。
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various business units to identify synergies and develop comprehensive sales strategies that drive company-wide revenue growth.与不同业务部门合作,挖掘协同效应,制定全面的销售策略,推动全公司收入增长。
* Customer Relationship Management: Proactively maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth.积极维护和加强现有客户关系,同时挖掘和追求新的商业机会,确保业务持续增长。
* Additional Tasks: Willingly undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor to support business operations.自愿承担上级布置的其他任务,以支持业务运营。


Qualification Requirements 任职要求:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.本科以上学历。
* Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.有销售经验至少1年,最好是在技术或工业领域。
* Industry Background: Prior experience in the instrumentation, or related industries is advantageous.有仪器仪表或相关行业工作经验者优先。
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.沟通能力出色,具备较强的口头和书面表达能力,以及良好的演讲和谈判技巧。
* Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.有在团队环境中有效工作的能力,能为共同目标做出贡献并支持同事。
* Good command of English proficiency 良好的英语水平
* Work ethic: Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and willing to travel as required. 自我激励,能在压力下独立工作,并愿意根据需要出差。
* Adaptability: Flexible to embrace change and quick to adapt to new situations and challenges in a dynamic business environment.能灵活应对变化,快速适应动态商业环境中的新情况和挑战。
