YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for the conception, planning, and independent implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns for our partners in the food retail sector.
2. You understand the specifics of mobile, offline, and online channels and coordinate advertising materials with internal departments and external interfaces (agencies and partners).
3. You analyze campaigns both qualitatively and quantitatively and regularly derive optimization potential with the goal of improving performance.
4. You lead goal-oriented project management of cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative marketing concepts.
5. You enjoy creating management-ready presentations and presenting them to various stakeholders, especially to the partner you are responsible for.
YOUR PROFILE
6. You have a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification.
7. You have several years of experience – at least 3 years – in B2C marketing or related fields on the corporate side, ideally with experience in the food retail sector.
8. You demonstrate confident demeanor, assertiveness, strategic thinking, and a strong service and results orientation.
9. You are familiar with all processes related to offline, online, and mobile marketing channels (excluding display, SEA, SEO) – from target group definition to performance evaluation.
10. You possess strong creative and conceptual skills, quickly and effectively grasp complex issues, and are consistently results-driven.
11. You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy creating presentations.
12. KPIs, CPO, CPM, and Customer Journey are not foreign concepts to you.
