Little bit about the role As an Online Support Officer, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing products to life online while ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you’ll support product listings across eBay and Shopify, carry out quality checks on incoming stock and assist with picking, packing and dispatching orders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a team-focused environment. Your responsibilities Create and manage product listings on eBay and Shopify, ensuring accuracy and optimisation Conduct quality checks on incoming stock, assessing condition and suitability for sale Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in line with quality and time standards Maintain accurate product data including descriptions, images and pricing Respond to customer enquiries and support order-related communications Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining an organised, safe warehouse environment About you You’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy across listings and fulfilment. You’re a team player who is equally capable of working independently and contributing positively to team culture. Experience in ecommerce or warehouse environments (listing, catalogue or inventory-adjacent role). Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and eBay (highly regarded) Experience in pick, pack and dispatch processes Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace Good communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods Why work for us?
