Your ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Platform Architecture & DesignOwn the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Revenue Cloud, and integrations.Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Define Salesforce reference architectures, design patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, and integration standards.
Technical Leadership & GovernanceAct as technical authority for all Salesforce initiatives, including custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and external partners.Salesforce development standardsCI/CD and release management practicesCode quality, security, and documentation standards
Lead architectural reviews and approve solution designs across projects
Stakeholder & Delivery LeadershipAct as the primary Salesforce and portals advisor to business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.Support executive discussions with clear architectural narratives and business impact articulation.
