Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel data, preparing documentation, and ensuring global compliance.
* Own the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data by responsibly adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR tools.
* Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgments.
* Manage the initiation and tracking of HR compliance, e.g., required background checks, ensuring adherence to specific legal requirements of each jurisdiction (country and state).
* Coordinate the logistical aspects of the new hire experience, including system access requests, gathering necessary paperwork, and assisting with welcoming activities.
* Execute the comprehensive offboarding checklist, actively coordinating the timely retrieval of assets and system access termination with the IT department.
Requirements:
* Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms.
* Familiarity with German language (written and spoken) is preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
