The opportunity:
We are looking for an Analyst, to join our team preferably located in : Iberia, DACH, Italy, and Luxembourg.
On this position you will :
1. Responsible for the correct and timely approval of jobs entered in FOS (Fleet Online Solutions) by the service providers on behalf of our Mileage Fleet Mobility customers.
2. Ensure that the jobs to be approved comply with our internal rules and criteria/tire policy set out in the contracts with our Fleet Mobility customers.
3. Verify the necessity of the job and ensure alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines.
4. Monitor the automated job approval process and support further development and potential adaptations of this functionality.
5. Manually process jobs that deviate from the predefined rules or contract criteria. Analyze the cases and coordinate the next steps with our Fleet Service Technicians.
Key Capabilities:
6. Ability to partner across multiple functions and multi-cultural geographies
7. Technical knowledge on tires mandatory
8. Experience in a field position (technician, sales,...) is an asset
9. Organized and structured, able to oversee complex processes
10. Strong Business acumen - understand business specificities in different countries
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
12. Communication skills - ability to discuss critical cases with service providers
13. English is mandatory; as an asset: business proficiency in French, Spanish, German or Italian
