We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client, an international consulting and technology group.
The Talent Acquisition function plays a key role in supporting growth across Germany and several European countries.
The position is based in the Aachen area (North Rhine-Westphalia).
The role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across Germany and additional European countries.
You act as both an operational recruiter and a strategic talent advisor, translating business growth objectives into an effective recruitment strategy, while ensuring consistency of practices in a transforming and international environment.
This is a structuring position within a multi-country scope.
Main responsibilities
* Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer acceptance.
* Proactively source IT consultants and technology experts across multiple markets.
* Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
* Partner closely with HRBP and business leaders to align recruitment strategy with workforce planning.
* Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring trends across target countries.
* Ensure data accuracy within the ATS and contribute to recruitment reporting and KPIs.
* Manage the pre-onboarding phase and ensure a smooth transition to local HR teams.
* Adapt recruitment approaches to different cultural and market environments.
Profile
* 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Germany.
* Proven experience recruiting IT or consulting profiles.
* Strong sourcing capability, with mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and direct approach methods.
* Ability to manage recruitment volume without compromising candidate experience.
* Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
* Structured, data-driven and comfortable with digital HR tools.
* Fluent in German and English.
