Recruiter – Automotive & Engineering (Germany) Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Remote / Hybrid)
Valkyrie People Consulting is a specialist Executive Search and Recruitment firm delivering talent solutions across Automotive OEMs, Auto Components, EV & E-Mobility, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership Hiring.
As part of our European expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support automotive and engineering recruitment mandates across Germany and Europe.
Visa sponsorship, work permit sponsorship, and relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify, engage, and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
Automotive Engineering
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche automotive and engineering skill sets.
Ensure timely ATS updates and recruitment reporting.
3–8 years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.
~ Strong experience hiring for Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or Mobility sectors.
~ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing platforms.
~ Fluent English is mandatory.
~ German language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience recruiting for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 Suppliers, Engineering Services, EV Companies, or Industrial Manufacturing organizations will be highly preferred.
