Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operations, such as NDA, sales contract (including but not limited to dealer agreement and after-sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly.
# Participate in the qualification review of potential business partners, including but not limited to dealer qualification review, compliance review, etc.
# Provide legal support on regulatory compliance issues, such as trade compliance, data protection (GDPR compliance is preferred), merger filing, international sanctions, anti-bribery, etc.
# Provide human resources-related legal support, including but not limited to handling employee disputes and providing opinions on Mexican labor law.
# Select, manage and supervise external lawyers, and ensure high-quality external legal support in an effective, efficient and cost-efficient manner.
# Conduct legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims, etc.
# Work closely with operations/project teams to proactively support a wide range of transactions.
# LLB or LLM degree from a reputable international law school or equivalent.
# Excellent oral and written English and German skills.
#preferred working experience in MNCs within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
