Labor

Under the supervision of the Deputy General Manager, and supervising the full HR team, the HR Manager takes full responsibility for handling the Human resources for Newrest Germany representing 200+ employees with a focus on payroll, labour law and recruitment.

As soon as you start work, you'll be challenged with the implementation of two new tools (payroll outsourcing with ADP and integration of a new time management tool).

Quickly, another challenge will appear, the recruitment, as the workforce is set to double rapidly with the integration of new customers.

Your main missions are:

1. HR management: Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to departure.
2. Recruitment: Planning and implementation of job advertisements, interviews and onboarding processes.
3. Employee support: contact person for all HR-related questions and advising managers on employment law issues.
4. Personnel development: Identification of training needs and organization of further training measures to promote employee skills.
5. HR strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to promote the corporate culture and goals.
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines.
7. Social and legal affairs: representing the company and its employees, and managing disputes
8. HR administration: Managing and maintaining personnel files, contracts and payroll in collaboration with the accounting department.
9. Reporting: Creating HR reports and KPIs to analyze and optimize HR processes.

Perfil

10. Position located near by Frankfurt airport
11. Training/studies: Degree in business administration, personnel management or a comparable qualification.
12. Professional experience: Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment.
13. Sound knowledge of German labor law and payroll accounting.
14. Experience with HR software, such as Rexx, Visma or Kelio, an advantage.
15. Strong communication and organizational skills.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
17. Ability to think strategically and implement operationally.
18. Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
