Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy / Projects

The Opportunity
We are working on an exclusive mandate for a fast-growing renewable energy start-up with a strong international footprint. The company operates at the forefront of the energy transition and is known for its innovative mindset, experimental approach, and commercial focus.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding legal function and play a key role in the development and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
You will act as a legal partner to the business on complex, international energy projects, supporting the full project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts (Not essential)
* Advising on renewable energy project development and execution
* Supporting commercial contracts related to energy infrastructure
* Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external counsel
* Exposure to regulatory and project finance interfaces
Your Background
* Fully qualified lawyer with good Staatsexamen results
* 2–6 years of professional experience, gained in a law firm or in-house
* Background in energy law, project finance, or commercial contracts in renewable energies
* EPC contract experience is preferred
* Commercial, pragmatic mindset and interest in working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
