Your Responsibilities
* Manage and execute multimodal transport projects (focus on sea freight)
* Coordinate shipments from A to B – including complex and oversized cargo
* Act as the central interface between clients, service providers, and international offices
* Plan and schedule shipments in alignment with all stakeholders
* Develop and implement tailored logistics solutions (“connect the dots”)
* Monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution
* Review incoming invoices and handle client invoicing
* Occasionally travel for site or project supervision
Your Profile
* Background in freight forwarding (mandatory)
* Experience in multimodal transport preferred, alternatively strong focus on sea freight
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, growing environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
* Fluent in German and English
