Your Tasks
* Develop and maintain a competitive product portfolio with strategic focus areas such as data management, digitalization, and design – specifically for the After Market Business
* Provide comprehensive project support, including risk mitigation in the OTO process and efficient management of order execution
* Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize existing processes and workflows
* Promote and develop subject matter expertise and talent within the team
* Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and fulfillment of warranty requirements
* Reduce quality-related costs through targeted measures and ensure excellent HSE standards
* Collaborate closely with R&D to continuously improve and potentially disrupt the product portfolio – including full lifecycle management
Your Profile
* You hold a university degree in a technical field, ideally with a focus on paper technology
* At least ten years of relevant professional experience in the paper industry
* Strong command of spoken and written English.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding teams in a dynamic, complex (VUCA) environment.
* Open to new ideas and concepts, with a healthy “can-do” attitude.
