As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and initiating contact with potential M&A prospects across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include refining and implementing the M&A business development strategy for Germany, actively identifying and sourcing potential acquisition targets, establishing and leading outreach efforts, conducting qualification discussions, leveraging relationships with owners and sellers, documenting interactions and lead statuses, and collaborating with international teams.
