JOB PURPOSE:

Provide overall direction, strategy, and leadership to Sales associates covering German Enterprise accounts to achieve Sales goals. Expect excellence and professionalism from all Sales associates in the performance of their functions. Be part of the Sales management team by understanding and managing the Sales role in achieving the Sales goals of the Enterprise team. Act as a thought Leader in the Sales management team to provide strategic direction and achieve outcomes through leading others by example.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

* Attain or exceed 100% of assigned Sales quota within the required product mix.
* Prepare a business plan to identify how the area/region will achieve the assigned Sales goals.
* Work closely and in partnership with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of Sales.
* Responsible for Human Resource management activities for the team, such as the maintenance of proper staffing levels, attainment of desired associate retention rates, harmonious associate relations, and incorporating excellent associate communication channels.
* Manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans to ensure that career pathing opportunities are communicated to all levels of the team, as well as building for future strength.
* Ensure strong organization and brand presence/reputation in the marketplace.
* Co‑operate with Management and Operations to achieve Sales revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.


What we’re looking for:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent in education and experience in Marketing or Business Administration required or equivalent in education and work experience
* At least 10+ years total Sales experience, preferably within the HCM business
* Substantial experience as a New Logo Sales Leader in Germany with proven ability to manage an Enterprise Sales Team.
* Experience working within a KPI-driven environment
* Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capability.
* Excellent networking and presentation skills, able to demonstrate “what the ideal solution looks like”
* Fluency in German and English
