Our industry is characterized by diversity and dynamism, which is why no two days are the same.  We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technician (m/f/d) Offshore Foundations  to support an offshore wind project starting summer 2027 for an expected duration of 36 months with the option of a 24-month extension. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis and is offshore-based in the North Sea and follows a 60% Offshore and 40% Onshore schedule, with possible weekend work depending on project requirements. We expressly welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of gender, background, or other personal characteristics. As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:  Performing advanced inspection and maintenance activities on wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations Inspecting fall arrest systems, ladders, lifting equipment and structural components in accordance with applicable DGUV safety regulations Carrying out inspections of electrical installations and equipment in accordance with DGUV V3 regulations Performing crane inspections and operate lifting equipment where required Supporting technical work planning and preparation and coordinate maintenance activities offshore Ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards and provide technical support to offshore teams Participating in a 24/7 on-call duty roster for approximately 18 weeks per year, ensuring rapid response and technical support when required. We look forward to your application.  Completed vocational training in a relevant technical discipline such as Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Electrical Technician (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification. An advanced technical qualification (e.g. Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering or equivalent) is considered an advantage Solid experience in offshore wind maintenance environments, preferably in WTG foundations or offshore substations Ability to carry out inspections in accordance with DGUV V3 (electrical installations and equipment) Crane Operator certification and familiarity with DGUV inspection standards Strong leadership mindset combined with a high level of safety awareness and the ability to guide offshore maintenance teams Minimum required certificates: GWO package (First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Sea Survival incl.
