About the Role
This role places you at the heart of site operations, ensuring seamless IT support while staying aligned with Group standards.
Responsibilities
Support users and ensure IT infrastructure, networks and devices run smoothly
Deploy and maintain IT/IS solutions on site
Act as the Level 2 on-site IT reference and key link with central teams
Troubleshoot issues, escalate when required and secure business continuity
Train and guide end users
Apply security, compliance and Group IT standards
Contribute to local rollouts and provide progress updates
Maintain documentation and communicate clearly with site leadership
Qualifications
Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on IT operational support
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of networking, VMware, Microsoft Server and Level 2 support
Confident with hardware, cabling and practical troubleshooting
Fluent English plus the local language
Preferred Skills
Excellent communicator who can support non-technical users
Reliable, organized and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Team player able to work effectively in a multicultural context
