Ict risk analyst - compliance specialist

Job Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee and analyze information and communication technology (ICT) risks. This position is responsible for reviewing application files, conducting thematic analyses, and participating in working groups dedicated to ICT risk management.

* Analyze ICT organization and risk management sections in application files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assess the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act through expertise and support provided to other supervisory departments.
* Contribute to monitoring technological advancements and regulatory changes related to new technologies and digitalization.
* Participate in in-depth analyses on topics related to ICT risk management.
* Collaborate with national and international working groups focused on ICT and ICT risk supervision.
* Hold a university degree in a relevant field, such as information systems audit, IT security, economics, finance, or business management with an ICT specialization.
* Have at least 3 years of professional experience in information systems auditing or ICT risk management.
* Possess excellent command of English, fluency in French and/or German, and knowledge of Luxembourgish are advantageous.
* Knowledge of European regulations and interest in new technologies and digital solutions are beneficial.
* CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are valued.
* Demonstrate writing, analytical, synthesis skills, thoroughness, proactivity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
