Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Facility Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with technical infrastructure management.
This role will involve performing routine maintenance checks on site components, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolving any issues that arise.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team. They will also have a high level of autonomy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
