Your mission:
As our Legal Working Student you’ll play an integral role in assisting with a variety of legal matters, including legal research, contract management, intellectual property, and data privacy. By contributing to key projects, you will gain exposure to practical legal work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
How you contribute to our success:
* Legal research & analysis on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.
* Draft & review contracts (NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.
* Support corporate legal matters including governance, policies, regulatory compliance, in collaboration with top law firms.
* Assist with IP & data privacy topics, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
* Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.
What makes you stand out:
* Currently enrolled in a Law degree (for Bachelor min. 4th semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).
* Strong academic performance with a keen interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
* Previous legal working experience is a big plus but not required.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken.
