As a Chief Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for driving Customer Value Management (CVM) across our European retail markets.
The ideal candidate will be the bridge between strategy and action, working closely with regional teams to use data and insights to extend our customer-centric mindset.
* Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, aligning on strategic priorities and steering initiatives with measurable commercial and customer impact.
* Define and advance the vision for CVM by driving a holistic customer perspective and enabling market-wide personalization strategies.
* Collaborate with teams across markets to make business decisions based on customer value.
* Assess and challenge existing regional processes, identifying structural drivers of customer value and implementing improvements that deliver sustainable results.
* Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both commercial results and customer experience impact.
Requirements:

* Strong track record as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment.
* Deep expertise in CVM, loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
* Collaborative energy, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively align and collaborate with stakeholders from different cultural and organizational contexts.
* A hands-on and pragmatic mindset, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
* Fluent English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
