Your mission You’ll join a talented in-house recruitment team where each Partner owns their own portfolio of roles, hiring managers, and delivery targets. You’ll work closely with leaders across engineering, operations, and corporate functions, managing the full recruitment process from brief to offer. Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a varied portfolio of Software/Technical roles (autonomy, AI, Embedded C++, Python, Typescript Rust, systems) Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders, acting as their recruitment partner and advisor. Source, engage, and convert top talent through targeted outreach and market mapping. Deliver a smooth, efficient process that provides a great experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Own your pipeline and keep momentum across multiple roles at different stages. Track progress and maintain accurate data in our ATS (Personio experience a plus). Work closely with your fellow TA Partners to share insights, refine processes, and continuously improve. Represent STARK Defence in the market, communicating our purpose and culture with authenticity. Be adaptable, priorities and focus areas can change quickly as the company continues to scale. Travel to and work onsite in our Munich and Berlin offices to connect with teams and support key hiring activity. Qualifications Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within defence, aerospace, robotics, or within a fast-growing tech company Experience placing software tech roles -autonomy, AI, Embedded C++, Python, Typescript Rust, systems Proven experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment, where priorities shift quickly and delivery speed matters Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders, advising and influencing decisions with credibility. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build talent pipelines across multiple disciplines. A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and representing your company well in the market. Experience working in an internal, embedded, or RPO-style recruitment model. Highly organised and data-aware, with a practical approach to reporting and process improvement. Familiarity with security-conscious recruitment and NATO/EU compliance (advantageous). Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (Personio, Greenhouse, or similar).
