This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our ITSM framework, as well as safeguarding our data and systems against evolving threats. You will be a strategic leader, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.Your MissionIT Service Management (ITSM)Develop, implement, and maintain an ITIL-aligned ITSM frameworkBuild and lead the incident, problem, change, and configuration management processesDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service deliveryDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiencyManage global vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholdersInformation SecurityDevelop and implement information security policies, standards, and proceduresConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security gapsManage security incidents and investigations, ensuring timely resolutionImplement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controlsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)Conduct security awareness training for employeesLead security auditsOversee the management of data backups and disaster recovery plansStay up to date on the latest threat vectors, and mitigation strategiesProfilProven experience in a leadership role in ITSM and/or Information Security roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL Expert/Master, or equivalent are highly desiredExperience with Apple infrastructure and Google WorkspaceStrong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practicesExtensive experience with information security principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with cloud security (AWS, GCP) is a plusProficiency in English as well as in German.
