As a Working Student in the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you'll support the delivery of high-quality training experiences across Central Europe. From logistics coordination to data support, your contribution will help shape the learning journey of our consulting staff.
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of training programs for our consulting teams
Support in creating and updating participant lists, preparing training materials, and ensuring the training setup is ready
Maintain training data in internal systems (e.g., Support with day-to-day administrative tasks and training coordination
Occasionally support trainings on site (e.g., room setup, welcoming trainers/participants)
You have a hands-on mentality and are happy to step in wherever support is needed
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing (German and English)
Ideally, you have some experience with event coordination
You've already completed internships or otherwise acquired practical work experience in the field of HR.
You're able to work proficiently with the software in the MS Office package and have a natural aptitude for tools.
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
You will work in a highly motivated team of fourteen event coordinators and colleagues working on training content, spread across five countries. In addition, you will be in close exchange with the European and global Learning & Development teams as well as the local HR teams. Through the various interfaces, you will gain interesting insights into all Learning & Development and HR areas. You will report to the Central Europe Learning & Development Manager, who will also support you during your onboarding and further development within the company.
