Ready to take our Supply Chain Planning to the next level?
Our Supply Chain Management oversees the entire process – from procurement to the refurbishment of our products – and plays a crucial role in our growth. And: We have big plans for the future!
As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll work within the context of an end-to-end (E2E), holistic supply chain planning. You’ll ensure the overall availability of the relevant products across the group at optimal inventory levels, contributing to improved product availability and cost efficiency.
Specifically, this means
* Based on market demand, you plan the procurement of our externally manufactured BRITA consumer products for your product range, aiming to ensure high product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. Your planning group counts on you!
* You determine capacity requirements and coordinate them with the production capacities of individual suppliers.
* You constantly review the planning strategy and find new ways to optimize procurement, inventory, and overall costs. KPIs are your thing, and you provide concrete recommendations for action.
* You manage product changes from sampling through to phase-in and phase-out, acting as the go-to contact for all related functions.
* You work closely with colleagues from Inventory Planning, Logistics, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and planners from international supply partners. You're also actively involved in projects focused on process improvement.
* After a comprehensive onboarding, you’ll become an SAP ERP expert in the MM/PP modules and master our planning system Maestro like a pro.
To fully unlock your potential with us, it would be great if you bring the following
* A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Production & Logistics – or a completed commercial/technical apprenticeship combined with extensive on-the-job training.
* 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing company or SCM consultancy, with hands-on knowledge of operational processes.
* Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for numbers, paired with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* A reliable, detail-focused, and goal-oriented working style – without losing sight of the bigger picture.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and MS Office, along with confident communication skills in German, English, and Chinese/Mandarin – both written and spoken.
